Good ortho, but his assistant Sandy is rude and unprofessional. She gets an attitude with patients often and does discriminate when she does not like you. It ashamed because she is the only one there with a nasty attitude.

We were searching for orthodontic around our are and found Melvin Walters. His quote was less than all the other orthodontics. Because of his lower quote we went and talked to them and explained exactly what we needed. They explained to us how long will it take and also told us the services they would provide. Since there quote was lower than others I sat down with their so called account Manager double checked everything we would get for the quote and she explained to me how braces would be included and the time-frame it would take for the whole thing. She was so convincing and smooth that we did not even paid attention to what she putted in the contract, I signed it and started the service. Well there is no braces or anything. The only thing we got was some retainers to create additional space between the teeth and they said that was all we are going to get. Well I looked at the contract there is something about phase 1, I remember her talking about phase 1 and 2 but she told me that the charges will cover everything. Now they are saying that charges are only going to cover phase 1, and that is what's in the contract but that is not what she told me at all and I completely renumber it.
