If i could rate this place a "0" i would ....

First of all, I thought yelp was a website to rate places and state your opinion and somehow, my honest opinion on this salon was removed...but that will not stop me from getting RIGHT back on here and re stating my opinion  :)

Bottom line, i feel that this place is unprofessional, rude and people need to know what I went through because it was so unfair. I WILL make sure I get my point across, too, because as a consumer, I have the right to.

I asked for a hair style, color and cut and ended up with poorly colored hair and nothing close to what i wanted. In total, i spent 10 hours over the course of 2 days to try to get my hair done how I wanted. I scheduled a 3rd visit to get it fixed AGAIN and COINCIDENTALLY... after I wrote my original yelp review with my experience, I got a call from the salon ( the girl refused to state her name or position), telling me that they think they could not make make me happy and they will cancel all future appointments I had with them... (which meant they were NOT going to fix my hair) ... and made it very clear on 2 separate occasions that i was NOT going to get back my money back. I was more than patient throughout this whole process but that didn't matter to them. Their work ethic was thrown out the window and they took my money, refused to service me, and all the while they KNOW they messed up my hair! Before this happened they admitted to me that they messed up my hair and it would be fixed. Not anymore.

I spent $140 + $20 tip for this salon to mess up my hair twice, keep me in that salon for 10hours, go to work with hair that i was embarrassed of, and now they refuse to see me because I am stating the truth. All I want is either what I paid for, or my money back. If this were any kind of professional establishment, I would get one of those.

I am not some crazy person trying to sabotage this salon, I spent a good sum of money and all i got out of it was stress, drama and bad hair.  I am simply stating my experience with this salon and if they dont like it then they should think twice before they do this again to someone else - or they should delete their yelp account if they dont like honest reviews.

So, with all of that being said, in MY rightful opinion, I'd say, stay far away from this terrible salon.
