I signed up for this school because they guaranteed I would pass my exam. They have you attend a two day "study" session in which there is no class. No one is actually teaching as their website leads you to believe. They take your drivers license in exchange for their "study guide". You have 7 hours to memorize 400 plus questions and answers. You are NOT allowed to take notes or copy anything to study. At the end of the day, you get your drivers license back when you give them their "study" guide back. Needless to say, I did not pass the exam. I e-mailed Paul 3 times and he did not respond, nor did they pay for my re-test as they advertise. This is my experience with License Instruction Schools. I had to sign up with a different school and the second time I took the exam, I passed. Maybe some people have had a different experience, but I cannot understand how you can advertise a guarantee, then fall silent when it comes time to step up. Very unprofessional and quite dissapointing.

This student attended our Los Angeles classes. She was copying the tests provided in class which is prohibited. When confronted about this she became very upset. Paul worked with her until after we closed. He gave her his business card and told her to call him as soon as she took the test. The card had his old email address so he didn't receive her email and she did not call him. She requested a refund on December 5, 2016 AFTER WRITING THIS COMPLAINT. We issued a refund on December 13, 2016 and reimbursed her $60.00 re-exam fee as well.
They help you through the whole process. Whenever you call for assistance a human being actually answers the phone and transfers you to someone right away. It's refreshing to know there are still companies out there like this.
This school is great! From the time you enroll until you get your license they are there for you. Help with the state application, questions on the material, etc. and the classes are so thorough. I highly recommend it!
Great school! The staff is so professional and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get their contractors license.
