        No Kuni!!!

        they called and called trying to get me to come in and get my Chevy impala fixed so I eventually set up an appointment. as soon as they had my car they sat on it for like 3 days without even working on it. said the charge would be in between $100 to $160. did not keep in contact while working on the vehicle with me calling over and over and once the repairs were complete 2 days after estimated they said the total would be $258 >:( horrible two weeks to get it fixed and overcharged. what a nice company!

It is our policy that we give you an estimate for both diagnoses and any necessary repairs once the diagnoses has been conducted. There are times when additional repairs must be made; however, the diagnoses charge is a one-time charge for each concern. We also require customer’s approval before performing any service or repairs to prevent any surprises when paying.         say goodbye

        at first they tried to help me make a deal,but then the sales mgr. turned into jerk and a smart-alec,and would not stop e-mailing me with harassing statements. if you want to deal with adults,don't go to Kuni Chevrolet.
