Jack in the Box

Hello guys! adog262 (aka Very Mad Fast-Food Geek) here, and this is my review for this joint on Watt Avenue. I have reviewed several other Jack in the Box locations as well, so I would suggest checking them out to see what kind of fan I am of Jack. :)



I've been a huge fan of Jack in the Box for about 2 years now, and I am almost shocked by some of the locations here in Sacramento! While this location does keep clean during breakfast, lunch, and dinner times, the workers are far too ambiguous! For one thing, it takes them 5 minutes (or more) to even be ABLE to take your order at front!



I'm sorry, but this is an automatic fail. This is supposed to be FAST-FOOD, okay? And to make matters worse, the same goes for the drive-thru. They will NOT take your drive-thru order until they feel like it. Sometimes I would be walking out on Arden (minding my own business), only to hear a car honking out, right in front of the speaker!



Wanna know about the food? Well, I usually would enjoy tacos and sirloin burgers from Jack when I'm out and about. However, I did happen to order both items from this particular place. Both of them were awful: their meats were undercooked and the veggie toppings were unfresh. The fries with them were cold too, might I add. :(



The workers smile, but their smiles are fake. It is so obvious that they are not concerned for my needs as a consumer.



In conclusion, this is not a good business to deal with. Don't be fooled by that red-glow logo, it will serve to fool you.
