In Focus Optometry

Optometrist said there is no refund when we could not get a hold of them due to July 4th Holiday. We called 10am first thing in the morning after the Holiday weekend, since they were not open on Saturday (they were closed for the holiday). Dr. said the lab already started making the glasses on Saturday, so she could not cancel. Called and told her that we could not call and leave a message or anything until Monday morning, July 7th. We should get our full refund. Will report to California state. Please do NOT go there, charge way too much for cheap glasses and bad customer service and big fat liar liar!! Honestly, who would open during the holiday. Purchases are refundable, especially when we tried to contact them as soon as they were available. BAD BUSINESS!!!

I have been a patient/customer of this office for over 10 yrs. They are very friendly and caring. The doctor is professional. She treats everyone with great respect. They have many designer frames and best of all, their prices are are affordable. I know I would never go to any other places to get my eyes check except at In Focus!
