Hands down the best experience ever! The office staff is fantastic! My brother went through a nasty custody battle and all sorts of false allegations. Mr.Ward was so patient and understanding with his case and this was a breathe of fresh air. Being a man all other attorneys told him he was going to have to spend thousands of dollars an the outcome would be the women always wins. Mr. Ward took my brothers case on and after one year of hell my brother won!! Being a dad is all he ever wanted to do unfortunate that some women see babies as a paycheck and bargain chip. If I could recommend this company and Mr. Ward from the roof tops I would. Also, the front desk gal is amazing she knows everything going on and always has answers when you call no matter what it may be about! Thank you Mr.Ward for giving our family a piece of mind and freedom from a terrible situation . Help u File Rocks

This is what you will hear if they make a mistake. Their lawyer is full of himself and does not take responsibility for sloppy work by student paralegal. They sent in my paperwork to be filed by the court and failed to tell us of a filing fee. 8 DAYS LATER, they informed us that there is a filing fee. This was a time sensitive case that did not get the attention it needed. Wrote a 4000 character complaint in Better Business Bureau, I was so upset. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES. IF THEY MESS UP, THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO BLAME YOU. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID, MOVE ON TO ANOTHER LISTING!!!!!!
