I bought and negotiated with the manager himself, for a black 2006 Ford F-250, 4WD Super Duty, lifted, with side rails. After making a deal at Starbucks, across the street, I must say it was the best service, and best truck I have ever driven. I will never go back to Chevy. Thank you very much.

It was a great experience, as I'm not happy buying cars. The people here are worth the drive.

Called in and Tall Paul at Future Ford of Sacramento answered and helped us get a new 2013 Ford.

He and the staff were very professional, fair and responsive. I got exactly what I wanted for what I wanted to pay.



This dealership was a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other dealerships I worked with locally. I highly recommend checking them out.

Fantastic buying experience. Just purchased a new 2013 Escape (so awesome!!!) from Frank Roman. He worked for over 5 HOURS trying to locate the exact one I wanted. Everything was efficient, easy and the staff is friendly and professional. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Recently the girlfriend needed a car, so we purchased a car from here. The salesman was real helpful and the guys even stayed 2 hours past closing just to sell us car, my girl is abit indecisive. We got here an hour before closing after talking to the salesman they pulled up a few realistic options. After checking out the car and taking it for a test drive, my girl was in love and the test drive wasn’t bad, the salesman didn’t try to make nonsensical small talk but genuinely seemed concerned on how happy we were and answered every question we had. Although they couldn't match him on his offer, they gave us a much better deal than other dealerships. I will be coming back here next time I’m in the market.

We stopped to get gas at the Chevron station on Madison last night on the way up to Tahoe from Marin. The alternator on our Pacific failed as we started the car up. We had enough juice in the battery to make it over the freeway overpass to the service department of your dealership. We then rented a car at the airport and continued on up to Squaw.

Eric in your service department has been great. He fit us into the service queue this morning even though they were slammed. He is going to fix the problem and leave the keys with your sales team so we can pick the car up tomorrow after skiing on the way back down the mountain. He’s been a pleasure to work with and is a great representative of the flawless customer service that I remember so well from working with you so many years ago.

Please thank the service team on behalf of Marcia, the kids and I for turning a troubling Friday the 13th experience into an effortless repair that didn’t spoil our spring break vacation.

I loved going to Future Ford of Sacramento! I had a great experience there ,I was helped by Obeth Davila. He was great! He answered all my questions very well and politely, I really appreciate that he was so pactient with me ,because I must admit I'm not the easiest person to deal with. I haven't decided whether or not I will be purchasing a new car at this moment ,but if I do ,I will definitely go back to Future Ford of Sacramento!

I have owned Three Chevy S-10's with V 6. My truck a Ranger with its 4 cylinder beats them all hands down. I did so much research before I bought and found for me there is only one truck: MY FORD RANGER!

The service I have received is excellent, I have always been informed of the work performed and then Eric came over to see me as I said he kept informed and treated me like his best friend NOW where do you see that!

But there is more also...Stan and the young Gentleman walking me through all of the Financing. For once in my life I had a knowledgeable person explain everything and answer every question! What a Team!

I always wanted a brand new Mustang so when the opportunity arose I went straight to Future after hearing rave reviews from my boss who also loves Fords. I had an issue with a salesman, he was just too outgoing for me not a real problem, but I just wanted find my new baby and take it home ASAP. I went to lunch and came back again for a different guy who was way down to earth and knew his cars and his inventory. He gave me five different prices on their Mustangs they had and showed me exactly what I asked for, blue tooth, leather etc. I promptly realized that it was way out of my budget and stepped up to a base Mustang. Im very happy with my purchase and anyone looking for a Mustang come here!

Needed a car badly. Went into Future Ford off Madison to find one. Didn't have high hopes. Was soon approached by JC Rosales and he was pleasant and friendly but made it easy that he had a sense of humor. Looked around and finally found what I was looking for. Unfortunately it was a little over my budget but JC made it work. I was so grateful that he made it a good experience. Thank you again and I'm referring him to all my friends and family.

I'm a student at CSUS and i was searching for good car that was reliable. Had bad experiences with Craigslist.... I really needed a reliable car so I decided to give Future Ford of Sacramento a try. They were awesome! Super welcoming and JC Rosales was especially helpful! I couldn't be more grateful!! I love my new car and have had no problems! I recommend this place anytime! =)

My sisters, friends and family all drive Fords..they are good reliable cars and we all got our cars there and we come here to get them fixed .They have EXCELLENT customer service..the ppl there are always attentive and polite and the manager there is always helpful and kind.they provide free shuttle service which is pretty cool and convenient 

I just got my Explorer serviced here today and I love great customer service, the car was finished by the time i was done with work, which they promised and I know all my colleagues agree. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Incredible service, very helpful, professional staff, with nice selection and excellent prices! We are the type that drives all over the place and shops around quite a bit before we buy, but it seems we always send up back here when it's time to buy. Highly recommended!
