Crossroads Tax & Business Services

Upon recommendation, we went to Doug Long of Crossroads Tax and Business Services. He didn't return phone calls or emails in a timely manner. When we questioned him, we were told "he thought he had returned the calls and email". He worked on our return with all the information provided. We mailed the return in (not electronic) because We did have a problem with a 1099 we received and he recommended mailing versus electronic filing. Within a month or two we received a letter from the Franchise Tax Board stating that the correction we requested Doug work on was not correct. We returned to Dougs office and he told us to go to the Franchise Tax Board in person to correct it. The Agent told us that Doug made a mistake and would have to correct it. When we told him this and even said we would pay he said that he would take care of it , We are still waiting for the correction. He never took care of the problem. My recommendation is find someone else.
