CHASE Bank-ATM

I have three home mortgage loans with them, I went to get some change there, I took 1200 and I asked for 600 dollars in 1 dollar bills and 600 in five dollars bills, the lady told me that in order to do that I have to have a checkings account with them. I said are you kidding me she said that "I would make an exception and change it for you but no more" I was Thinking to myself I am giving these guys about 2500 per month in interest and they do not want to give me change!!?? I asked do I have to ask the manager to get change and she replied She is going to tell you the same. I was speechless since when the Bank can have hostage an account to get you change? since you are a member already? Sad moment and I will not recommend them to anyone. Sorry Chase.
