        Firefighter injured on the job. Crush spine injury. Bethel, Birladeanu (take your pick as he’s practiced under both names) is a heartless man. Likes to play games with patients pain. Practiced in Florida (under “Bethel”) and now, CA. He plays on computer and ignores patients during office visit. Says your name then Googles it as you sit in front of him. Thrives seeing people in agony and powerless. On lowest dose and Birladeanu lies and says “maxed out”. Max of acetaminophen is 3000-4000, which is 9 a day, not 4.
