Balmoral Apartments

The Balmoral Apts. off Watt Ave. and El Camino, are bad walls not insulated repairs basically never done and there is a pool the might clean it once a week, there are drugs here so ewey bad, cars have been stolen from inside the gated community plumbing is bad, there are fights, some tenants are given some lienancy for there tenacy (living here) I have a friend who lives there and that person tells me it sucks, price is good but not worth the hasles

SURE IT'S CLOSE TO A LOT OF SHOPPING BUT THAT IS IT. LOUD MUSIC ALL DAY AND NIGHT THEN YOU HAVE THE LITTLE KIDS (CAN'T BLAME THEM) IT'S THE PARENTS THAT LET THEM YELL AND RIDE BIKES AND SCOTTERS ALL DAY WITH NO LET UP. THE APARTMENTS HAVE LITTLE TO NO INSULATION AND THEY DO NOT HOLD ANY SPECIAL FEATURES. THE MANAGER SHOULD NOT BE IN CHARGE OF PEOPLE RENTING THERE. THIS USED TO BE A NICE PLACE TO LIVE BUT NOT ANY MORE! DRUG USE IS RAMPENT AND IF YOU PARK ON THE STREET YOU WILL HAVE YOUR CAR VANDILISED. PLEASE DON'T RENT HERE!

New on site manager that loves to rent to people on drugs so they will be near when needed! Nice pool if you get permission to use it from the hundreds of kids that use it so as not to bother their parents while they sell drugs and each other for money for the rent, but don"t worry, manager does not mind. The apts.have a nice loud beat of music you can hear up till 12 a.m. and beyond. Another great feature is no insulation in the walls!! Yea no need to gossip when you can hear it all from your neighbors. God help any one that needs their A/C or anything else fixed (unless you REALLY KNOW) the manager. It's in a very nice area of town if you can stand the scum on this street.Yes I still live there because, well, I just can't afford to move out!!
