I was a driver and they ripped me off. I was driving as far as the El Dorado hills and getting $5.00 a delivery even if it was just one.

Flowers received were a day late and rotten! They did send replacement flowers however, this situation gets worse. I paid for these flowers through my personal debit card. 2 days later I find out they also charged my business acct. Then they charged my business account a 2nd time after they sent the replacement flowers. So, they were paid 3 times for these flowers! Twice with an acct they never had authorization to use and once through my personal account! They refunded me for 1 of the 3 charges, but refuse to issue the 2nd refund. Requested several times for a resolution. No luck. Filed complaint with BBB. Hoping this will be resolved ASAP.

I put in an order for Valentines Day and they blew the delivery and left me high and dry! ANYONE putting in an order for a business address expects it to be delivered during business hours! Their offer to deliver that evening to a home address was a joke. It took multiple phone calls to get a hold of anyone to even find out the status (or lack of) on my order. Non- stop excuses about how busy the day was....I have NO SYMPATHY. It is a yearly event that they should be planning for as a business! When I protested I was rudely hung up on!



The first sign of a poorly run business is them blaming everything and everyone but themselves!

"the web ordering company didnt limit orders"

"its an incredibly busy day"



blah blah blah. Nothing but excuses other than they didnt have it together for one of the 4 major sales days that are the core of their business.



When customers are lining up to pay 200% inflated rates for holiday flowers.....they should have been ready. They weren't They wrecked my Valentines Gift.



Stay away from these irresponsive- irresponsible losers at all costs!

GREAT FLOWERS

I HAVE TO CALL IT LIKE I SEE IT. THIS STORE IS SECOND BEST IN TOWN THERE FLOWERS ARE WOUNDERFULL.THEY ARE MORE PRICE THEN THE OTHER GOOD STORE. SO IF MONEY DOSN'T MATTER THEN THIS IS THE STORE FOR YOU.BUT IF YOU SHOP AROUND YOU WILL FIND THEM CHEEPER AND JUST AS GOOD. BUT WHO EVER SAID THIS STORE IS ONLY THREE STAR IS CRAZY.
