I've been a client of Andrew Ouk for at least 7 years, last summer he first started bleaching my hair platinum blonde, he used too much chemical, I purchased the blue shampoo for platinum blonde, my hair is very strong, however with the high level bleach level of chemical, my hair started to FALL OUT!! The entire left front of my head was bald!! NO APOLOGY or OFFER for a REFUND or a BREAK from cost of any of my visits after that! I was still a LOYAL client even what he had done other women, they would have left so fast and sued their hairstylist but not me I have more class than that! Currently, all I'm requesting from him is a refund for a bottle of shampoo and a bottle of moisturizer he recommended the last visit, for $100 which I've gotten, thanks Andrew! However, after awhile, I received a long text from Andrew dismissing me as his client, telling me not to contact him!! How ungrateful & unprofessional!! You just lost a wonderful client your true color came out!!
