Advantage Caravans

Alex and Advantage Caravan took care of us again!!! We go to Yosemite every year for spring break and previously had rented from Alex with a great experience. This year was no different. I originally inquired online. Got a quote quickly and processed my deposit via credit card. Seeing as how we reserved months in advance I asked to send partial payments to Advantage. "Sure, no problem" they say!!! Easy enough, a couple clicks of my online banking and checks were all set and sent. Fast forward to pick up day...super easy process and after a quick signature and a handshake from Alex we were on our way. Our trailer was the Grey Wolf. Clean. Easy to tow. Everything worked. Super hot water. Even fellow trailer owners were impressed. Returning was just as easy. Met with Alex, quick handshake and we were done. Will definitely be back next year. Thank you!

This place is fantastic. Alex was great to work with. If you are considering renting an RV this is the place. The RV was clean and well maintained. Alex took the time to show us how to use it and when we had a question all we had to do was send a text and he answered me back in seconds. This was our first RV trip and we are already planning another. I can't recommend this place enough. I don't give out 5 starts but I am for this place in fact this is the first time I've ever done it.

Most of the time, people are willing to leave a review, if they have had an unpleasant experience. But I want to share our recent positive experience renting from Advantage Caravans. Our family prefer camping for a family reunion, school spring breaks and just for weekend fun, so we have often rented from different RV rental companies trying to find the right one for us. On Memorial Day, we have rented from AC a trailer for a family reunion and have received a pretty decent service. Booking was pretty easy to follow online. Together with RV, you can rent a kitchen or linen kit from them. Also, they offer RV delivery. On the pick-up day, we have received a clean RV with an outside kitchen. Pretty cool thing to cook a breakfast for your family outside! We wanted to make sure that everything was working, so we have requested a walk through. We are experienced RV campers, but always prefer a walk through, as each RV might slightly differ and we don't want to have surprises upon arrival. A tech support guy from AC was very polite and provided us with detailed walk through tour. He also told us that they have a support line, where we can call or text any time. Even though everything was perfect on the yard, upon arrival, we couldn't get a slide out and had to call. Alex was guiding us and provided us with the step-by-step instructions on how to fix the problem, so we can get it opened. Also, it was nice to hear from him that he can send a tech guy out to our camp (we were an hour driving from Sacramento), if the problem persists. Another great thing that we like about that company is that they allowed us to return RV on Sunday, so we can come back home with no hustle and get ready for work. Overall, we have received a pleasant rental and customer service experience and are willing to rent from them next time.

I first contacted Alex about renting a motor home for a specific date, he was very informative, and exsplaining all the things I needed to do. Since the wife and I only had our clothes with us, he suggested about the Linen and Utensil set he would rent to us for a very reasenal price. When we went to his lot to pick up the motorhome, he was very pleasent, and very informative and throurol exsplaining how everything worked. We left for a 5 day trip and had a great time. Everything was perfect and we were very happy. We would certanly recommend renting a motor home from Alex.

Had zero problems with the reservation process, getting my card charged so I was completely prepaid for our rental. The 28 foot Cruiser RV Radiance was awesome. Dual slide outs made the neighbors jealous. Refrigerator kept ice cold and the pantry kept 6 kids happy full of snacks. LED lights, outdoor kitchen and outdoor speakers made for great family times under the stars. The hot shower and furnace made the wife happy as can be for our 4 day Yosemite trip. Towed with our 09 Suburban with not a single issue. Had no issue with the walk thru as Alex and Jay spent as much time as I needed showing me the buttons, switches and plumbing. Getting the generator mad all the difference. Opt for the super quiet Honda. You won't be disappointed.

Already planning for next year and we will be back to rent again.
