        I bought a King Koil matress in mid Dec. 2015. The salesman said it was firm, and had innersprings. The same guy tried to tack on $50 to the bill, "bad math' he said. By Feb 2016, it had a 4" dip in my mattress, and was sleeping on the couch. (I weight 210 pounds. I sleep alone.) I called them, they said, that if the mattress was at all dirty, the warranty was void. And she added, that since I didn't buy a mattress pad from them, the mattress WAS dirty. (I already had a mattress pad.) That lady was coached what to say, to anyone who calls with complains. I called back, and got the same response. I'm physically disabled, and my back is in bad shape. If I need to return this, I was told it would cost me $25, and then $25 to deliver a new mattress, IF the old mattress is in brand new shape, that is. Anything to NOT help, was done. Their customer service sucks, and I don't trust their sales staff AT ALL. Our family dealt with Beiters for more than 40 years, but I'll NEVER go there again.

        Check your boxes for all the pieces before you leave. I bought a bed there and got home went to put it together and there was a piece missing.
