I was convinced I was in for a painful journey when I went to MALO Advanced Oral Rehabilitation to have a back tooth replaced. My experience was completely the opposite! My gum was completely numbed for the procedure, so I didnt feel a thing. Afterwards, there was a little tenderness around the implant, but otherwise there was hardly anything traumatic about the procedure! I called up my boss that evening and told him Id be coming in for work in the morning after all. He said: didnt you just have surgery? I said: Yeah, but it was a piece of cake! I had a couple of dental implants placed at MALO Advanced Oral Rehabilitation. All the staff members were very friendly and professional. My doctor, Dr. Novelli, was super nice and did a great job with my new teeth. He gave me detailed instructions on how to look after them and told me I could call him any time if I had any trouble or needed additional advice. It wasnt only a courtesy. I truly felt that he would pick up the phone at midnight to answer my call if need be. I obviously havent tested that theory, but just knowing it is testament to the excellent service the guys at MALO AOR provide!
