They worked me in according to my schedule. It took them 15 min to diagnose the problem. Two days later they came back and install the part and I he vent had a problem since. This is the third time I've used them, on separate appliances of cours and I've never had a problem.

I called to get some work done on a rental property in Ruston. They were and i quote "too busy with the holidays around the corner" to fix 2 broken appliances and call with what is wrong prior to the repairs being made... Unacceptable and this is what you get trying to use a local business.
