UPS Customer Center

Was told a package would be delivered Friday so I stayed at home all day. At the end of the day I checked tracking of my package only to find the driver had placed a note that I had moved. Not sure where he got this ridiculous information. My mail box has my street address in big numbers on it. This is the second time in a month this has happened. Last time I had a return item scheduled to be picked up (which I was going to send this time) instead of coming here. They dropped the label off in a neighbor's mail box. Once again my street address is on my mail box

So thankful to the helpful staff at this site. Weather and road conditions were so bad the delivery of our propane heater (we needed as back up in case our electicity went out) could not be delivered to our home address. They went above and beyond what was required to make sure we got the heater today. Great group of people especially the lady who was willing to go out and pull it off the truck to allow us to pick it up. Thanks again for great service.
