Delta Pest Control

I am an established customer of Delta however when I need them I waited weeks for a return phone call. When they did call me back I was treated very poorly. I am going to use another company. It is just not worth the headache.

I had them under a contract on a previous home I owned. Bought a new home in a neighboring town and wanted my familiar Delta man back instead of Terminix. So as soon as my contract expired with Terminix on the new home I called Delta during normal business hours to get a quote and had to leave a voicemail, no big deal. Three days later I still had not heard back from them so I called again. A lady answered the phone and apologized for the inconvenience, no sweat. She told me someone would call me back to schedule the appointment to come out to quote the new home, great. It's been 4 days....no call.... My business isn't very important to them so I will be taking it elsewhere.
