        My house me was sold January 31, 2022. I am very happy with this title company. My home was in Florida and I am in Indiana. This wonderful company took care of all matters and even sent someone to notarize my signatures right to my town. I received the money for my home exactly when promised. It was a smooth transition. Thank you all who helped and especially to Anna.

        Overall

        Horrible,horrible experience with this company! I was unable to get answers to my questions and felt this whole closing process was handled unprofessionally. I have closed on many properties over many states and many years...this was the only bad experience I have had with a title company...and it was a nightmare for me!
