The staff was very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. They also gave me a coupon for savings and went so far as to price match and save me more money.

Horrible! I work at the walmart down the road and people come to me and tell me about the fish at this pets supermarket. I didn't believe them, so i went today to see. There was one little like 15-20 gallon tank that had almost 60 fish in it and another 20 dead floating on top!! Every tank had dead floating fish and dead fish that had been sucked into the filter! It was horrible! All of the aisles were blocked by carts or buggies and it was 1 in the afternoon! The manager and a cashier were standing at the register and were talking and i stood by the dog clothes and she asked if i needes any help from 10 feet away, i had no idea she was even talking to me. She started walking towards me and i started to tell her what i was looking for and before i finished speaking she spun around towards the cashier and yelled oh my god this is my jam! And started singing out loud and badly. Then ignored me! Never again made any kind of eye contact toward me. She started sorting through some of the dogs clothes and had to bring something over to where i was standing. She stood inches from me, reached in front of my face and put up the product and never said anything to me! No excuse me or anything! Her name is Jessica or Jennifer. She was a subpar sales associate so I'm amazed she made manager. No customer service skills and zero care for how the store was presented. Half of the products are missing price tags, smelly ferrets and rabbits and blocked aisles. This is sun city lady! People here are in wheel chairs or use walkers? No one can get around this store! I have to take the bus and i think I'm going to take the time and go to persmart in brandon from now on.

Don't purchase birds from this shop! SAD STORY, On 8/14 purchased bird but knew right away there was something wrong as she couldn't stand on perch or swing. Said took to their vet who found nothing wrong. Said we could just throw her back and get another! Persisted and went to their vet who charged me $48 for nothing! Now 11/14 took to an Aviary Vet who said her wings were clipped so badly it's as if they chopped off her arm and she will never fly. She must have been in so much pain. Pet Supermarket still refuses to refund the money I spent on purchase. I am heartbroken.

I went to purchase cloth doogie diapers they were over $30. when every other store is $16. I riped open my finger as went to grab the item of the rack they had carelessly stapled it back together and didnt make sure the staples were pushed down.I asked the MGR if there was a competitior price guarantee she said I would have to purchase the item at another store and return the item I purchased to them . Its just better to purchase it at a cheaper store.
