Service is terrible.. nothing but kids texting in the check-in lane and in the 'shop'. The 'shop' is dirty and dated as is the bathroom, the girl on counter was more interested in texting than refilling the 'free' popcorn machine or the coffee. More importantly they did a terrible job on my vehicle, they completey missed the rear end and barely touched the interior., except for the sweat that was left on the driver door when the guy drove it up, that is..... would never take my car there again.. additionally its a touch car wash, so watch your paintwork especially if you have a black car... manager offers no refunds, just a shitty attitude and a do-over.. like I want them to touch my car again !!

Whenever I bring my truck in I always request the staff lift the truck bed cover to pressure wash the bed liner. They always indicate they'll do it, but today is the third incident when the truck was returned without action to clean the bed. If the line had been backed up I might have overlooked it, but today the staff went about their business very leisurely and my truck was next in the que. When I pay $25.00 for a premium service, I expect them to at least follow through with what they've agreed to do. I've decided to search for an alternate facillity; quality control and customer service is faltering.

Wife gave me a gift certificate for $30 and I decided to use it today. Figured I would utilize it for a couple of less expensive washes and went inside to pay. I asked what was left on the card after the $11.99 charge and they said ZERO. I then commented on what my wife said she put on the card and their reply was sorry it is ZERO! Then to the wash itself --- windows on the outside were full of water spots, you could see on the inside where they wiped the glass down and large missed areas, vac job left a lot to be desired and the exterior still had areas totally missed for bug remains and dirt! I was so frustrated about the lack of effort relative to the amount on the card that I figured it would be useless to comment on the lack of quality of the wash!!!
