The.first time I had this pizza I said. Now this is good pizza because its cooked just right

& the owner cares about customers goodwill not just your money.I have had pizza in 10 states and this is the way it should be.great tasteing.kitchen

And foodprep are very clean.take it from a pest control. Service tech.of over 25 years.

Stopped in today at the urging of one of my waitresses. She told me the sauce was AMAZING!!! I ordered a sub and after hearing the comments of a Police Officer about the sauce (as well as the people working), I ordered a meatball and some extra sauce.



The meatball was moist, but had no flavor. It needed some herbs and some salt. The sauce was very rich in tomato flavor, but nothing else. I could see some fresh basil strips in the sauce, but could not taste it.



I am a Chef and work for a place known for its spaghetti and its sweet sauce( not saying it is the best sauce, Grandmas is the Best), and I would take that sauce over the one I had today.



As for the sub... Good bread, small portion of meat, tomatoes were starting to sour.



Wolud not reccomend a visit to this place. Makes me start to think that I might open a place in Rush to compete!! I'm sure I would be successful!!
