Nancy's Rupert Floral

Great customer service and good selection of flowers. I placed an order in the morning and not even 2 hours later it was ready to pick up.

I have been buying flowers for my wife and mother for 20+ years and the pathetic arrangement I received from Nancy's Rupert Floral was truly the worst I've ever received. I spent $60+ on a mothers day arrangement for my mother and she received such a pathetic arrangement that I had to apologize to my mother. I have seen $20 arrangements that have rivaled what I sent my mother this year. I wouldn't recommend using Nancy's unless you don't care about the person you are sending flowers too.

We have seen the customer service go down and the prices go up the last time we used their service. We never would have given them a second thought in the past decade of using them but last Summer when my mother passed, when I needed them to come through there was a serious lack of communication and warmth. This is very sad as they are no longer our go to florist. I hope they can regain that genuine flavor we treasured.

Their arrangements are beautiful, and have been for years, but they have the cutest subway art pictures.

It's the cutest little shop filled with home decor for any style. They have amazing customer skills. They are caring and go out of their way to please the customer.
