A to B Transportation

I called to talk to the supervisor about some issues we have been having with a specific driver. He did not allow me to talk to finish explaining the reason I was calling. He kept putting me on hold on the middle of my sentences. Therefore, I was not able to correct my information. I finally had to ask him to please allow me to talk to explain my concerns. I explained I know certain things are out of their control but certain things should not be being said to developmentally disabled clients. I also tried explaining how the drivers role is so much more important then just simple transportation and how it impacts their clients life. He was very ignorant and defensive. As a supervisor he should be listening to the complaint in it’s entirety, asking clarifying questions, and look into the issue. When I brought up that I will now be documenting and reporting every issue he told me they will no longer be providing services for my sister in-law. What a perfect scapegoat to get out of being in trouble with MTM. I highly do not recommend this transportation service because of their apparent lack of integrity and accountability.

DON'T USE!!
I am very upset. I was told that my return trip from my appointment was canceled because I am living in an apartment with bedbugs and have no control over it. I have no means to move and I take extreme precautions so that it doesn't spread else where. I still get bites though and they said that MTM does not allow bedbug RIDDEN clients, I called and it was bull, on a ride and that they now have to spend 100 dollars cleaning the van. They had no courtesy to call me so I can set up a new ride and had to use what little I had for the month of March to get a taxi home clear across town. No manners and no courtesy.

I use this service for my kids they have always been very nice to me and always on time but I have had a few problems with the new veyo they have made things difficult for me but a to b I would recommend to anyone

This company is so horrible. They are always late. They dont want to work with your schedule they want you to work with there's. And dealing with the owners and staff makes it understood as to why the company sucks. If you call and and complain about there business the owners get so offensive and start yelling at you. What a horrible way to run there business. I will never recommended them to anyone
