Motel 6

Tom P. was excellent help. He would always speak to us whether we were leaving the hotel or returning. He also was very helpful in recommending places to go and things to see in Ruidoso. He was very pleasant and kind. I would stay at your hotel simply because he is there. As a matter of fact that is why we returned, we stayed there 2 years ago and he was very helpful, we took a chance that he was still there and tried stayed there again this time. He is an awesome employee in my opinion. Motel 6 is lucky to have someone like him working for them.

Just returned home from Ruidoso. We found the lobby, hallways and the rooms to be very neat and clean. Our grandson enjoyed the indoor pool. There are no coffee pots in the rooms, but the new manager had a fresh pot made when we went down about 5:30 am to take the pets out. Another great thing is they don't charge extra for your pets if they weigh under 30 pounds. So, the price was right, the rooms very clean and the new managers were very friendly and willing to please. We will definately go back.

Check in was fast, friendly atmosphere,and very clean pool area. Staff was very helpful and suggested places to visit. Wifi was great. Our stay was great the rooms were wonderful! Very spacious and clean.

When we got there we had our confirmation paper with us 2 nights stay the hotel computer system had only 1 night stay came back a couple of hours later were able to let us stay 2 days who made this mistake it could of cost us alot of money and time

A young woman with blonde hair pulled up in a pony tail. She was overly kind, bubbly and helpful. I appreciated her up beat personality as we were weary travelers.

We went on a Family outing, for my birthday! As we checked in we happily greeted by the front desk personel, and they we more than happy to help us with anything that we needed. I did notice that the elevator & and the doors we a little dingy and needed some cleaning. The room was nice, although the furniture was worn & the bathroom tile was broken. But the over all customer service made up for the little things that were not so great, although they did not provide breakfast, a coupon was given to us for one of the local diners! The indoor pool was nice, especially for my four year old, she loved the pool. Overall it was a great experience! The motel could use new furniture & a little spring cleaning & flat screen TVS, It was a great weekend!

visited ruidoso for business related work. resonable price in resort area. Nicely maintained, clean motel. Staff very friendly & helpfull.

We pulled into Ruidoso around 7 am, and noticed that check in was not until 2 pm. We had no reservations and we were in town for the cowboy symposium. That's a big weekend in this town, but the staff there were so helpful and let us check in early. We unloaded and went back down to the lobby where they continued to give us a great map of the town and offer up some great reviews on resteraunts in the area. After an eventful day we went up to our room and of course my 2 year old has an accident. i called downstairs to see if i could pick up some fresh sheets, and before i had a chance to get down there the night man brought up fresh sheets, blankets, towels and even some soap bars. I thought they would have simply laughed at me and told me to figure it out on my own, but they went above and beyond! for that, i will return to motel 6 Ruidoso every trip from now on!

We enjoyed our stay at the Motel 6 Rudioso. The employees were helpful and courteous. Room was nice and very clean. We will return to the motel on our next visit to Ruidoso.
