I am writing this for my mom, who called the dentist due to a broken tooth on her denture. they told her she would need an office visit for that, because they would need to check the plate. All she wanted was to get the front tooth put back on, but they insisted she would need a visit. she went in, was there for all of 20 mins ( wait time, paper work, & back there ) they glued it back on, & charged her $350. for it!!!! Seriously, $350.?!?!?! that is ridiculous!! my dad went to a dentist in NJ last summer for the same issue, & they only charged him $50!!! He had never even BEEN to that dentist before!!! she came home & her blood pressure was 184/108 when she got home she was so upset!!! this is not acceptable!!! she's on a fixed income, & to have to pay this much for something so simple, it's just WRONG!!! she is never going back there again!!!

I have been a patient at this office for several years, but my visit in July was my last. I had scheduled an appointment for cleaning and filling, and after the cleaning, I was told I needed to go back to the waiting room until they were ready for me. They said they "had to get the room ready". The truth be told, they saw other patients and then called me back in to do the filling 30 minutes later. I have never been treated so unprofessionally. They had no regards for my time and schedule. I told them I was not happy and to just do the filling so I could leave. Then the artificial show of concern began. They finally did the filling, and I left the office and will never go back and will let people know how unprofessional they are.

Very disappointed in their professionalism. Always waiting for appointments. I have never been more upset and frustrated with their lack of follow thru to get any of the work done in a timely fashion. I was supposed to get a bridge made and they phoned me to let me know the company that makes bridges/dentures they have to many problems and they are telling customers to find another dentist if we need work done soon. The receptionist was supposed to send X-rays to an oral surgeon and never did so the office of the oral surgeon had to wait 1.5 hrs for X-rays cause receptionist forgot to do her job. I would not go back there if they were the last dentist on this earth

The facility was nice, but I had a very real sense that I was being ripped off at every point of my appointment. I had already had a dental checkup at a different dentist the month before my appointment and had no cavities and nothing wrong with my teeth. Then when I come in for my appointment with All Smile Dental to fill a chip in my tooth that I had found, I suddenly have 5 cavities and gingivitis. That's literally not possible. I just had my checkup and I brush, floss, and mouth wash every day, if I had cavities I would have been told about them the first time. Then at the end of the appointment they signed me up for a new appointment for all of the other "problems" I had that I was peer pressured into scheduling, but knew I could not attend. They called the day that I didn't show up and charged me $50 for cancelling the appointment, when I didn't call to cancel, they called me to cancel. Do not come here.

i.e., A local faI have been going here for a little over a year. I've had multiple cleanings/fillings and have never seen the same hygienist or dentist more than once. This was my first experience with having fillings, so having nothing to compare it to I didn't realize how bad it was until I showed friends. I recently called the office because I was having extreme tooth pain (and was assuming I needed a root canal). The receptionist told me I could go in that day or wait a week until the next available appointment. I took the immediate opening and while sitting in the waiting room heard her scheduling appointments for the rest of the week. Then I got called back. I sat in the chair and the hygienist came in and asked me to open my mouth... she proceeded to begin cleaning my teeth! I asked if she was actually cleaning my teeth b/c I was there for tooth pain, not a cleaning and she said oh. Then stopped and took x rays. I explained that I called that day and asked to be seen because I thought I may need a root canal. She said she'd take x rays and get the dentist... then proceeded to clean my teeth. She continued to poke and prod the area in my mouth I told her hurt until I asked, then told her to stop with that area. She finished 'cleaning' my teeth... worst cleaning ever... and the dentist came in and told me I needed to schedule a root canal. I asked what she could see from the x rays... was it an infection...abscess... was it the nerve? She told me she didn't know but she needed to do the root canal to see. I asked if it was infection if I needed antibiotics and she said no. The dentist was then sure to literally bang on my tooth with an instrument several times after I said, yes that's where it hurts. She told me basically all she could do for me was to perform the root canal. No offer of antibiotics, pain meds, nothing... just give me the $1000+ for the root canal is basically it. I heard her tell the hygienist to get me the paste for sensitive teeth, yet when the whole ordeal was over I went out to the receptionist who told me I was all done. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. EVER. Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your time. I was going here because it was the closest place around in my network... i'd rather drive to a different state than ever go back here. They literally put me through a cleaning while in extreme pain just to bill my insurance for it. Never again. vorite, or highly recommended because
