I love pediatric associates waiting to see a doctor is not long. The doctors
Always makes my baby feel comfortable when crying. They are kind and patient

I am filing a complain,about the office policy,if you child gets sick and you need a note for the school,they want to see the child everyday,to me that is fraud to the insurance because you are charging the insurance everyday for the same reason,if you talk to the manager of the office in royal palm is a waste of time,did not get any help there ,this is a second time this happens to me and i am formally filling a complain with the health department and medicaid about the office,scheduling is awful too,the waiting time is crazy and please don't ask the staff anything,they are very rude,Is a shame how much this office has change,I been going here with my kids for 16 years and now my grandkid and is not worth the hassle to deal with this people,this is a true story that happens to me twice in less than a month,is time to search for a new office, and i am searching not because of dr santiago,actually we love her,but because the office and staff is terrible and if you have a problem there,de-finally the manager will treat you like sh***t and don,t care about what you have to says

For the past three years that I have been taking my daughter to this practice I have not had a problem. The staff is friendly and attentive to the patient's needs.

It is comforting to know that my son's MD office has late sick hours and a hotline for medical questions.

Pediatric Associates have been treating both my children since birth. My oldest is almost 19! I trust the doctors. The staff is awesome. You can call anytime day or night and get a live nurse on the phone. I highly recommend Pediatric Associates.

I've had only positive experiences with pediatric associates. My daughter has been a patient there for 10 years. Yes, the wait is sometimes longer than wanted , but to me it is worth the wait because I would not want to go anywhere else. We love Dr. Simons!

Waiting has been the worse issue. It does not make sense to be waiting hours when having a set appointment. i usually go to the office in wellington in florida. Sometimes I feel like they do not care enough. Waiting in a cold room with your son/daughter . I am that close to leave as a customer and pick another doctor/institution.

We love Dr. Odina! She has been absolutely amazing with our kids. She is so kind and understanding. The waiting time is usually awful though. Way too many patients are scheduled and therefore, wait time is very long. The waiting room is always packed. Then you finally get in the room and end up waiting another 30 minutes or so, see the doctor and then have to wait another 15-20 minutes for the nurse to come in to give shots. This makes a VERY long appt and very hard to do with young kids. 5 stars for Dr. Odina and 1 star for the office experience.

The staff are extremely friendly and professional. Yes, there are times we have to wait 1/2 hour to an hour longer than expected, but they will see your sick child within a couple hours of you calling, so I can understand how it backs up. I like the piece of mind knowing that I can bring my child in that morning if he is sick, so you take the good with the bad.

I have been and am still waiting as I write this for almost 2 hours. If they don't have the time to see people don't make appointments. My daughters appointment was at 10. It's not 12:04.
