I had a poor experience with my salesman. However, Jason at Wendell's, who is the trainer of their salesman, promptly called the next business day apologizing for the salesman behavior and doing everything he could to make it better. This helps put my faith back in the company.

Michael was very knowledgeable well versed in his products and gave us a very positive impression of your company. Every company should have a Michael in sales :)

He seemed very knowledgeable and details. He was very willing to answer my questions. He is one of best sale I ever seen. No doubt about his expertise on his job. He is definitely one of the bests!

Wendell came to my house when the outside temperature was 2 degrees outside. He completed the job in a very short time. I will call Wendell FIRST for any work I need.

My project consisted of correcting a leak and repairing the bedroom ceiling. Wendell's quoted me a reasonable price and fixed the roof leak and ceiling to my expectations. They did what they said they would do.

Our Berkley Hungry Howie's restaurant had an emergency which required the coordination of a plumber and a roofer. Wendell's Roofing came in and handled the emergency quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with the result of their work. A couple months later our office building lost some shingles due to high winds. We contacted Wendell's again and they came right out to our location to assess the damage. The work was done well and without delay. Their staff is friendly and approachable and are always able to answer any questions you may have. We have a chain of restaurants and plan on using Wendell's Roofing for any future jobs that may arise. Their quick response and transparent approach to assisting you and your needs is a comforting factor in a world of less than favorable contractors.

Wendells roofing did my roof.Wendell the owner was very professional.the works were very polite and answered all my questions.then Jack his cousin and right man came out to do a expection on the roof and told me they did caulk a couple nails so he took care of it.also took pictures of the job and showed my new roof.

Outstanding service, family owned and run. I got great financing help so I was able to replace my roof, gutters and windows for one reasonable price. Very happy with Wendell's Windows that they installed. I recommend this company to anyone looking to do home improvements.

A few lines of shingles are visibly wavy, roof is peppered with beads of caulk. customer service was horrible.



I was told they would be doing the work on my garage first thing in the morning. At 8AM I started making frequent calls that always ended with "they are on the way", until around 4PM when they actually showed up.



The dumpster was left on my driveway after promises they would get rid of from Wednesday when work was complete to the following Monday.





The workers neglected to make the drip edge meet in the corners leaving open gaps, nails were driven through the drip edge siding, and the fascia boards they installed were fastened with roofing nails splitting the boards. It took me close to a month to get someone to come out and fix these trim issues, but they did end up fixing them.



Given that Wendell's Roofing wasn't the cheapest quote I received I expected better results. Thankfully I didn't make the mistake of letting him touch my house.

Very nice people, very genuine and won't try to rob you or sell you something you don't need. Personable, and I loved that they were a family business- also, haven't had a problem with my roof since they fixed it!
