Roxboro Internal Medicine & Pediatrics, PA

My family and I have been here for nearly eight years now. The staff are always friendly, and helpful. My children love going( even for shots) the office has lots of books and toys to keep them entertained. The staff is awesome, explaining everything in such a kid friendly way, no tears when we leave Smiles and stickers! We have never had one issue getting a prompt appointment when any of us needed to be seen! I am so Thankful for having such wonderful Doctors, who take the time to explain, make sure we always leave understanding what we need to. Having a child who was very sick hospitalized numerous times as an infant Dr. Cates made herself reachable at any hour. Like I said this is the Best Doctor's office!
