it starts raining cats and dogs outside while we are at the Outlets... and we wonder into here -- to our surprise, THEY HAVE SOOO MUCH COOL STUFF. stuff I just couldn't find anywhere else! I have been looking for Rosaries and other really nice religious charms... AND THEY HAVE THEM! :) and I really appreciate the cool positive vibe I got. I will be back for lots more stuff!

What a nice find for fine jewelry...in and "outlet mall" no less. [They have other locations] Very nice selection of watches (Rolex, Cartier...) and diamond jewelry. Plus, they have two actual jewelers in-store so items don't have to be sent out to be sized, polished, etc. Everything is done on-site. The prices are very comparable to other custom jewelers and the quality is high. Recently purchased a piece from TCJ and am very pleased with everything. Great customer service, no hard sells, had exactly what I wanted (VS rated), offer an excellent warranty, and the price was what I was going to pay for a similar item at another jeweler. Overall: Very happy customer! I hope the store lives up to all it's promises about future free maintenance and honor their guarantees. Have no reason to think they wouldn't at this point. Note: Prices can be negotiated. It never hurts to ask.

was an extremely picky customer who has probably gone to every single jewelry store known to men to find my perfect engagement ring but I seemed to like certain features about different rings and wanted them to be combined into one. That's when I stepped in and seriously felt like I was at the right place. They told me that they could make my dream ring combine all the features I wanted and put them together into one in only a month. I felt like it was too good to be true but since they were the only ones who offered these great services I took the risk. They sent me a CAD design of what the ring would look like and made the changes until I was one hundred percent happy. Only when my approval was given then they made a wax mold with all the diamonds set in it, and I tried it on and it was just perfect. They proceeded to making the ring and when it was done it was better than I could have possibly imagined. Thank you for making me my PERFECT ring. I will definitely come back and buy all

i didn't expect this to happen ... I was walking with my boyfriend and we walked in this store and b4 we could realize we walked out with my dream ring with no down payment an 36 months no interest.... I love this place and I would recommend everyone to go by there.... just love the store ......

Wow! I have been looking to upgrade my wife's wedding band set for years. I have gone to various Jewelers through the years trying to find a good deal. But, everytime I want to buy my wife a nice ring, anything over 1 carat, with a diamond crested band, the Jewelers want $10K. So, I went in a little skeptic, and I am normally set off by bands with no diamond in the setting (as if they are hiding the real price). My salesperson's name was Lucky and he was very nice and showed me what I needed to see. But I was really asking about the main stone, so he had to bring over the manager, Sunny, to help me. Sunny sat me down and opened up the vault. He was so transparnet in explaining to me the value of each diamond as it pertained to clarity, color, and cut. He gave me a drink and spent over an hour showing me all sorts of diamong/wedding band combinations. We then picked out 5 that I liked and began discussing the prices.

Sunny did an excellent job of taking care of my shopping needs to purchase a high end time piece, and Sunny can take great pride in his professionalism and how he does business. If you are in the market for a high end time piece, I whole heartedly recommended going and seeing Sunny!

My father had always wanted a Rolex watch, my husband and I came across a Rolex on the internet that seemed too good to be true, so without going into too many embarrassing details, it was too good to be true, it was a fake. We were heartbroken, but we had to find a replace somehow. While shopping at the Round Rock Outlets we went into here. The name of the store says it all for us we found a treasure when we met Al and his staff. Not only did they find us a Rolex in mint condition, they worked with us and sold it to us at an amazing price. Al suggested that Dad should come in for a custom fitting and several days later he did just that. Al gave Dad the VIP treatment. In addition, we were provided an appraisal report at no additional cost. We would like to thank Al and the staff for making a internet nightmare turn into a dream come true!

Great service here! They're so friendly when you walk in and they don't overbear you with questions as you're looking.They actually let you look freely without someone breathing down your neck! My fiance and I went to Marc Robinson Jewelers this past Saturday to pick out an engagement ring. We had the pleasure of working with Sunny and his staff. He was fantastic in helping us build our dream engagement ring that I hope to one day pass down to my grandkids. Sunny worked within our modest budget there were no assumptions, attitudes or judgment that I was worried about before walking in. The whole process widely exceeded my expectations and I look forward to working with Sunny in the future. What do I talk about this store... I wanted to gift my friend a watch and in a confused state entered the store and this was how I got to know about the store and once I've visited I felt that this was the exact place that would stand up to our wish list .What an amazing collection of watches does this store have.They are just mind blowing and the way the people in the store treat you is so kind.The Manager of the store took me around all the new collection and helped me select a watch which I thought would be perfect for my friend.This store also has some fine jewelry.Now I feel its like a package that any girl would want to go shopping.Next time I need to go shopping,I know which direction should I be heading towards. I purchased an engagement ring at the new store in the Round Rock Premium Outlets. Sunny was awesome and very helpful! The price and service were second to none! I picked the stone and setting separately and the finished ring was ready that day. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality jewelery. Jay O.

I went into the shop on 12/29/13 with $150 in my pocket, I greeted by a nice lady with smile, I told her I needed a promised ring, she showed a $50 silver ring with CZ, I told her I didn't like it, then she asked my budget, I said $150, then she could show me to the diamond counter, she showed me 3 diamond bands: $150, $250 and $350 rings, I stared at the $150 14k white gold ring with white sparkle diamond for 20 mins, she was very patient, and told me I could use it in the future for wedding band as well. I can't believe I can buy a diamond band with such a small budget. I was not comfortable stepping into a jewelery store, but this lady made me so comfortable and welcomed, I will surely go back to buy my engagement ring there next time.

My husband purchased my engagement ring at Treasures Custom Jewelry. It is absolutely gorgeous and amazingly crafted !!! We choose Treasures after shopping at many places because we loved the service and attentiveness that was provided by the staff. The store was clean & well-organized.The consultant "Lucky' was beyond my expectations for service. He was very patient, prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable and allowed me to look over several rings to decide the right one. The service is outstanding and I will recommend my friends and relatives to Lucky because I know they will be taken care of. Highly recommend them to anyone who is wanting quality service and amazing craftsmanship when purchasing fine jewelry.

I recently got a custom wedding band done by Treasures at the Round Rock outlet mall. To be honest at first I was not happy with the design of the ring. Sunny at Treasures was awesome. He understood that this was my wedding ring and that it was important for me to love it! He had my ring redone and kept me up to date as to the status of the ring (as I was very anxious to get my engagement ring back) every step of the way. I recently picked up my ring and was thrilled with the results. The ring is beautiful and I love it!

When I walked by the store I did not expect it to look the way it did. When I first walked into the store i was taken aback at how beautiful is it. The marble floors and the chandelier were so nice! Their watch selection is incredible. The fine jewelry is extensive; as is their bridal selection. The owner, Sunny, is super friendly! I didn't buy anything that day, but they still took the time to make me feel at home! The only reason I rated it 4 stars was because it is so far up north. I am a south Austin girl. Sunny did inform me that come November there will be a new location in Barton Creek Mall! YAY!!!

As I walked in I felt like I was in a palace! Very eye catching!! The Jewelry was beautiful as ever, especially one ring in particular that I had my eye on. The staff was very friendly not pushy and very attentive. I love that! Very knowledgeable about the items I had questions on as well as negotiable. This place has an abundance variety of jewelry.Not to mention feeling expensive as I strutted across the marble floors on my way out..... FANCY!!!!
