Horrible company. He was sent to me through the 2-10 warranty company to fix my gas stove. Lee came out and took my sixty dollars payment. He said he would order parts and get back to me. At our first meeting he seemed very professional and pleasant. I waited to hear from him and heard nothing. I called him several weeks later and he said the warranty company was going to send me money to pay for the stove to be replaced. When I called the warranty company, they said he was supposed to order parts to fix it. They contacted him and told him to do so. I waited another two weeks and I called again. He told me again the warranty company was going to give me money to replace the stove. I told him we had already been through this and I could conference call the warranty company in. He said no and all the sudden he said he had the parts (as if by magic). At this point I knew who had been lying to me. I wanted to work this out with him because he already had my money and the warranty company's money. I figured this was the easiest route for everyone. After that, it was a series of him not making appointment times or being vague about when he was coming. When I tried to nail down a time, he would be avoidant. He would also show up at times I did not know he was coming and was not home. One particular time he knew I was not home because he had just gotten off the phone with me. He would leave a card in my door so he could tell the warranty company he had been here. He would call them and tell them he could not reach me or I was not there for scheduled appointments. He tried to make it look like it was my fault that he had not been able to fix the stove. This has gone on for two months. I have finally given up. I agree with the other reviewer that he is a crook. I gave him plenty of opportunities to come and fix my stove as I was on a holiday break from work. At one point I told him he could come anytime in the next three days and he still could not make it to an appointment with me. It is and was beyond frustrating. I would highly recommend that you try anyone else to fix your appliances. I have never in my life been treated this way by anyone who was offering a service. The warranty company is sending someone else out now. Hopefully this will work out better. Who knows if the warranty company will get their parts or their money for the parts back. From what I understand, it was not cheap.
