Buyer beware! I cannot begin to list all of the problems that I've had with this particular facility but the biggest complaint is I'm probably going to have to get a lawyer to get my money back from these people. It has been two and a half months since my insurance carrier "Blue Cross Blue Shield" caught an overcharge from this company of $2,300. After Blue Cross Blue Shield contacted this company and told them that the original hearing aids they charged me for we're not the hearing aids that I received and I was only to be charged $450, The company said we will issue a refund immediately. The company was well aware of this because they fit and explain how to use the hearing aids before they allow you to leave . The company then called me and said I will have a refund check in one week. Needless to say, after calling every single week multiple people asking where my check is they are still giving me the runaround. The next step is getting a lawyer. They make you sign a contract when you first order hearing aids and they say it is a purchase order but it is not! It is an agreement that you will pay the inflated price for hearing aids through their company. I received better and honest treatment at Sam's Club without the inflated prices. Please don't waste your money and be taken advantage of by using this company!
