We have a state-of-the-art cosmetic surgery center licensed by the State of Georgia and accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities ( AAAASF ). Under Dr. Graivier's direction, our staff of registered nurses and certified nurse anesthetists delivers the highest level of care available. About Dr. Graivier Dr. Graivier has received the finest training in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas at Houston, graduating with high honors. After finishing a five-year residency in General Surgery at Emory University, Dr. Graivier completed a two-year fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of California at Los Angeles ( UCLA ). Board certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Graivier is a member of the following medical associations: American Society of Plastic Surgeons Georgia Society of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons
