I must say I dont ever do reviews but I must stop and take a moment to Personal Thank Ms.Linda for taking great care of me during the power outages at my home...She was very very nice ...She made it right for me.. Great access to the Company .I haven't had but 2 issues with my home its been almost 2years now...I am very pleased so far..Thanks Relocation Realty.👍👍👍😊

This company really helped me out. I expressed interest in an apartment that they listed for rent, contacted the company, was greeted kindly and was able to speak with the agent that day. He got down to business, was very professional and personable, and overall just made the whole thing really easy.

These guys are life savers – seriously. If you are going to sell your house, don’t waste your time looking into all these other companies. Learn from my mistake and just go straight to Relocation Realty. You won’t regret it.

Recently sold my house using Relocation Realty. They sold it for what it was worth and they sold it FAST. Anyone who has sold a house knows that it usually takes time. Not with them, it doesn’t. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this company.

My job moves me around quite a bit. I have had several homes and none have truly matched what I was looking for. I do know I’m picky but I didn’t think I was impossible to find a home for. Relocation Realty proved that it was certainly NOT impossible to find a home that matched exactly what I wanted. For that, I’m grateful. Highly recommend.

Single mother of three, here! Thanks to this company, I am now a single mother of three IN A NEW HOME  The experience I had with Relocation Realty really speaks for itself. I have very little time to myself, let alone time to spend house hunting. Relocation Realty understood this and made it a point to waste no time. I can’t explain how much I appreciate the help that they gave me throughout this whole thing.

Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. We were unable to sell our home due to the mortgage market crash, and were scheduled for a cross country move within weeks. We found there were limited companies that offer property management services for condos. We chose 2, and RRI was the first one that called us back.

They sent out their salesperson to assess our home and see if it was worthy of their services. I would expect this of any company and was glad to see this. The salesperson was crass and rude, but we knew our options, and time, were extremely limited. The contract is extremely pro-company, essentially negating them from any possible liability. Again, no surprise - this is a common practice in my experience.

We signed a 12-month contract with RRI, and I have recieved 2 checks on time. That's right, 2 out of 9 months of service. The lady they have as the account representative (apparantly there is only 1) is unresponsive and extremely rude. I'll assume the management has no inkling of her behavior, though not for long. This office appears to be disorganized and the employees do not communicate with eachother. The AP person has neglected to put the zip code on at least 3 of my checks - and she was made aware of the error after the first occurance. Due to the AP lady's incompetence, I requested my checks be sent via UPS or Fed Ex. Not only do they charge me for this service (I agreed to pay for Ground - in writing), but they regularly send it overnight or 2-day - and try to charge me every time. You have got to be kidding me.

Do not, do not, do not, use this company. No customer, especially a paying customer (10% every month) should have to endure dealing with this company. Dealing with them has been a constant living hell.I hope my experience is an isolated incident though I strongly doubt it.

I recently moved to Georgia and was having a really tough time finding my next home. I stumbled upon Relocation Realty and decided to give them a try. I can't begin to explain how happy I am for choosing them. They were personable but professional at the same time. They clearly know what they're doing and managed to make the whole buying process quick and painless for me. My agent listened to all of my needs/wants regarding what I wanted my next home to be and somehow found a home that had everything I wanted. I had a really great experience with this company and highly recommend.

Run from this company as fast as you can!!! When it was time to renew my lease with my tenant, I told them I no longer wanted to work with them because of the lack of communication, maintenance issues, and not charging what I requested for rent. Finally the owner Linda Bilderback called me back and I again told her I no longer wanted them to manage, she promised to call me back. I have not heard anything since from the company. They owe me money and took late fees from my tenant and never told me about it. I'm in the process of taking them to court.

From FIRST-HAND EXPER., as of 8/17/2016. The lease agent H. Godbee on to the office staff Tasha are all con-artists and liars. I was told by agent Godbee that "I WAS THE FIRST PERSON TO GET BACK WITH HIM ABOUT THE RENTAL." I explained to him that I had BAD credit and a low score. On the Rental App. under Credit, it states: "Please tell your Agent if you anticipate a problem with your credit, we may have suggestions." I did this. Mr. G. stated, "YOU WILL BE APPROVED, BUT YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY A HIGHER DEP., EQUAL TO 2-3X RENT. After hearing this, I felt comfortable enough to complete the app, along with the $130 app. fee. I forced my hubby to relinquish funds totaling more $840 after he spoke with Tasha. She repeated the same line when asked about qualifying as applicants with a high debt ratio. I called her on 8/17/2016 about our move-in status; she said “I emailed the response,” which was another lie. They leased the rental out to another applicant while excepting our RESERV. FEE.

This company gave me excellent advice and really took the time to make sure I understood my options. They are responsive, always available and got me a great Tenant. I'm going on two years with them now and can say that I'm finally at ease having a rental property in another state.

I've worked with Relocation Realty since 2005 and they've been excellent. Timely response, very organized, and they've found me great tenants! When I decided to sell my home this year they listed it and sold it with no added effort or stress on my part. I never even lost any rent revenue; they somehow managed to even keep my renter happy. The even gave me a discount on the commission because I had my property with their property management division. I live out of state and don’t know what I would have done without them

AWFUL! My husband and I read reviews on this company before we decided to rent from this company and we should have listened. I thought that the people that didn't get their deposit back were probably irresponsible, were wreckless and didn't pay rent on time. We paid early every month and got the house cleaned, including the carpets, before we moved out. And NO deposit back. We also reported carpenter ants and termites and never heard anything back from this company. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT rent from these people. They need to be put out of business. 0 stars!

Atrocious is right, wow, I felt like I was dealing with a sleazy used car salesman. Personally called me to submit a rental app, stating that I'd be a great tennant. 2 days later after I'd made time during my workday to hand deliver the app, I was told I was "outbid" by $50, and I needed to match that. Oblidged, only to get a call from a receptionist after 2 additional days of silence that they'd accepted anther app. for a higher bid without even giving an option. UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT USE.

These people need to be put out of business! We called them to let them know that we were going to be a few days late on our rent. We were paying $1400 per month and we have to pay an extra $220.00 on top of that for a late fee. We NEVER missed a payment and NEVER been late! I asked them for one more day to get the money to them. They told me I would have to pay $750.00 extra on top of the late fee and rent. Needless to say we couldn't afford it. We begged and pleaded with them. They filed an eviction on us and our 5 children and now we are faced with being homeless. These people are heartless and they don't care!! Now our credit is ruined and we don't know how we are going to find another place to stay. RUNNN!!! Go the other way!!! Not only did they mess us up but the home owner too, because they wanted to be greedy. We paid $2800 for deposit plus first month rent to move in here. This was not worth it and now our life is turned upside down because of it. I wish more people would come forward about them. They need to be stopped.

Relocation Realty Inc. sold my home in Alpharetta after two other real estate companies had no success. I am not sure what they did, but they sold it!

Normally, I do not take the time to write reviews, but the people at Relocation Realty deserve accolades for the service and guidance they gave me and my wife during our transition last spring.

My current job required me to relocate to Houston for a minimum of one year. We did not want to make the move, but with the current state of the economy, we did not really have a choice. We own a condo in North Atlanta and had a decision to make: sell or rent. Well, since it is virtually impossible to sell a condo in Atlanta right now without taking a huge loss, we started our search for a management company.

After speaking to 3 or 4 different companies, we were very discouraged. All of them told us it would be impossible to rent out our place. Then we came across Relocation Realty. We made the phone call and spoke to a gentleman named Hardeman. He thoroughly explained all of the services they provide and gave us realistic information about the market conditions in the area.

Not much discussion was needed. We listed our condo as a rental with Relocation Realty. We also chose to pay the small monthly fee to let them manage it. This worked out well for us since we would be so far away.

The contract was simple and the process was easy. They found a tenant in just two weeks. The tenant has been in for 6 months now.

We receive our checks timely every month and my wife says that the administrative staff is knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to.

It gets better…

The tenant loves our place and wants to purchase it! This was great news as it looks like Houston will be a permanent assignment.

Relocation Realty has worked with the renter and us and created an extremely fair deal for both. The closing is in two weeks!
