Sinusitis
All of the physicians at North Fulton ENT are well-versed in the latest treatments, both medical and surgical, for acute and chronic sinusitis.
Medical Weight Loss

Snoring
Snoring and sleep apnea are related medical problems that the physicians at North Fulton ENT commonly care for. It is important to distinguish between sleep apnea and snoring, as their treatment and urgency are very different. At some point in their lives, nearly every person will snore. Snoring is the sound made by vibration of the tissues in the throat as air passes by them. Snoring can be intermittent or habitual, and it is nearly always a social problem for a bed partner.
Primary Care
Patients are referred to our ENT medical services when they have a specific medical condition that requires our specialist’s attention. Some plans require a referral from the patient’s primary care physician (PCP) before they can be seen by our physicians. Ear Infections
Conductive: A problem with the outer or middle ear, conductive hearing loss is often medically or surgically treatable. A common example is chronic middle ear infection.
Sleep Disorders
He completed his ENT residency training at the University of Alabama-Birmingham. Dr. Khichi specializes in the treatment of head and neck cancer, sleep disorders, allergy, nasal and sinus disease, voice, hearing and balance disorders, and swallowing in both children and adults. He has a particular interest in minimally invasive office based management of sinus and nasal disease.

Dr. Khichi is a New Jersey native but has called Georgia home for 25 years. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia as a graduate of the honors program. He went on to the Medical College of Georgia where he was awarded a full scholarship and completed a research fellowship studying the biochemical and clinical manifestations of thyroid cancer. His research earned him a grant from the American Medical Association and a provisional patent.

Raymond L. Schettino, M.D. received his Doctor of Medicine degree and graduated with honors from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. His postgraduate training also included an internship and residency in general surgery and otolaryngology head and neck surgery at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Schettino was a Fellow in Pediatric Otolaryngology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He was also an instructor in the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Otolaryngology
Bryant T. Conger, M.D. grew up in Southwest Georgia and completed his undergraduate training at the University of Georgia. Dr. Conger graduated with high honors. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Conger also completed his internship and residency in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. During his final year of training, he served as Chief Resident and was actively involved in academic and leadership activities, both at the local and national level. He also conducted research in sinus disease and head and neck surgery and has published manuscripts in national medical journals. He is also a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.

Lesions
Head and neck surgery is not as common as some of our other procedures, however if there is any doubt in regard to conditions around the head and neck associated with pain, headache, lumps, lesions, or any symptom out of the ordinary, it is very important to see a physician as soon as possible. If you do not want to see an ENT right away, please see your family doctor, internist, or pediatrician so that they can make a diagnosis and, if necessary, refer you to an ENT specialist.
