If you stick with what you are suppose to eat you'll loose the weight. They give you a menu of proteins, veggies, starches, and fats. You cook regular food. You also take multivitamin and EFA (fatty acids) daily. Then medicleanse 7 days on and 7days off. Then you have to drink so many fiber or protein drinks a day. Which one depends on which plan is better suited for your health. A food report you turn in at the end of the weeks period when you go way in. That is what is mandatory. B12 lipo shots and other weight loss suppliments are available. I have no doubt that they get commission but you don't have to take them. If you stick to what is "mandatory". I signed up when they had a special for all the wight you want to lose for under $200. Which isn't bad however monthly you look at about $200.00 or up on supplement drinks then the pills that are needed. Vitamins last 3 months at $35.00. EFA 2 months at $35.00. Cleanse for one month $25.00. Plan calls for 5 drinks a day at $15.00 a box and there are 7 in a box. They do have the drinks on bulk discount prices but you have to buy 40 at a time then they are around $10.00 a box. So it is a bit expensive but if you do like your told you will have results. I lost 46lbs from july to december. I did gain some back because I personally derailed (fast food and sodas) but I am back on it and loosing weight again.

My husband and I signed up for this program. They made us open a care credit account and pay for their services up front including medications, drinks, shots and consultations in the amount of $4000.00. We tried their program for over 3 months and it did not work and neither of us lost a pound. We had to endure shots every week and sadness of not loosing weight. Now they will not give us a refund, since we did not turn in our food reports. So now we are paying our care credit account in excess of $4000.00 for nothing. We did not receive all of our drinks and medicines so they offered an "in store credit" sorry I do not want any more of their products. We have been on Jenny Craig for 3 weeks now and I have lost 10 pounds and my husband 5. Do not use this program it does not work!!

I have to commend my wife and the staff. I was a borderline diabetic with high blood prssure and knew in the back of my mind I needed to lose weight. I have an extremely busy business man and this was really tough for me to entertain the thought of commiting. What really sold me was they guaranteed 5 pounds each week and said I can def get results when on the road. Well, here I am 60 pounds lighter, off my bp med and feel great. Eating out at restaurants and entertaining is important part of my lifestyle and this met my needs. Thanks again!

I lost 97.5 pounds on this program and never thought this would be possible. They even had a contest and gave away $2500 and I won! I have lost more weight on this program than any other program I have tried. The medical team are extremely knowledgable about how to help me lose weight. I like how I can eat regular foods and the appetite suppressants really help me. I would recommend this to others.

I have had tremendous results with this program. Down 20 pounds my first month. I have never had success on any program except this one. I like that I can eat regular food and still see results. The weekly meetings with the weight loss medical staff is very helpful. It keeps me motivated and also I am able to receive great information that I see myself using for the rest of my life! I started in May 2012 and found out two months later that my current office was closing . I became discouraged and stopped going. I had just bought 24 injections ($240) but I did not want to drive 2 + hours to a new location (I had to drive a hour and half to current location). The day before Thanksgiving 2012, I visited another office (it takes me 2 1/2 hours to get there). I can say it has been a month and I have gone through the holiday season and I have lost 16.5 lbs, 11 inches, and 4 off my BMI. I cannot say enough of good things!!! Well First of all this program does work. I have lost weight and keep it off. The trick is following the diet to a T one mistake and your weight will go back up. The programs has real food and I think the diets are realistic. My only problems is that I was unaware that there was going to be CONSTANT cost requirements. They neglected to tell me that I was going to have to frequently purchase supplements which you have to drink 3-5 of those per day and cost $15 per box and only 7 packets in the box. Then on top of the Essential fatty acids you have to take three times a day you get 120 of those for $35 They last about a month and a half. The B-12 injections are $50 per shot unless you purchase them in a set 4 shots are $150 plus tax they will "throw" one in for free and if you purchase 8 shots $354 plus tax you will get 4 free. You have to take these weekly. I also found that the people employed at the center works off commission as well they get BONUSES for the amount of extra product they can sell. I'm really not impressed anymore with this program. Then they tell you if you cannot "afford" to continue to purchase the supplements (food, pills, drinks) or the injections then you can put the program on "hold" so that you do not "waste" your weeks. This program does work but do not go here if you are not looking to spend a lot of money.
