I would definitely recommend this store to others! I just ordered a crib and dresser through them and had great customer service. They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and not pushy as some sales people can be. Love all the items in the store and I definitely plan to go back many times as my due date nears!

I love this place. I purchase all of my baby gifts from them the service has been great and the products selection is the best in Georgia. I also purchased all of my kid’s furniture from them and it came as expected. I know Stanly is having a difficult time delivering but the owner at KoKoo Bear worked with me and help me select the products she knew they would be able to ship in a reasonable time frame. I have purchased products from other kid’s stores in Atlanta but no one works with me like the staff at KooKoo Bear I think they are the best.

They are very helpful and they provide you with exceptional service and everything here is well priced. I look forward to coming again as my child grows.

Just got back from my friend’s daughter’s birthday party and I fell in love with the things she got. Everybody told me they had gotten them from KooKoo Bear Kids so I thought I would give them a shot. The minute I walked in this store I fell in love with everything. Shopping at KooKoo Bear Kids was a great experience. The store looks terrific and the products are so adorable. I had to shop for a baby shower and the sales staff was excellent and so friendly. Koo Koo Bear Kids really went out of their way to help us get the rest of our furniture after the store we ordered it from went out of business abruptly just weeks before our baby is due to arrive. Their commitment to customer service was evident when the owners personally met us at the warehouse to pick up the furniture. We really appreciate it Joe and Tara (and everyone who helped us out at Koo Koo Bear Kids) and we'll bring our business back when we expand our family in the future.

This business was a huge help filling my order when another store went out of business. We contacted the manufacturer and they said this company was going to help us through the process. Not only did they jump through hoops but they were so helpful and our furniture will be here in three days. We visited their store to re-order and we were blown away with these folks and this store. The store is the most incredible we have ever visited. We highly recommend!!!!

This store just helped us out of a major jam. The company we purchased furniture from closed and we were about to deliver our baby. We called the manufacturer and they referred us to Koo Koo Bear to help us get our furniture. I have to say they jumped through hoops to get our furniture here in a couple of days and saved the day. I wish we would of went to them first. When we went to the store to pick up our furniture we fell in love with the store and the staff we met that helped us so much. You guys really saved the day!

The absolute best kids store! Every time I have to get a baby gift I shop at KooKoo Bear and I have never been disappointed. They have a great selection so I can always find a special gift. The staff is very friendly and helpful too, which adds to a perfect shopping experience.

My wife and I are expecting our first child in December and she has been working tirelessly to find the right furniture/décor for our little one's room and after visiting every specialty store in town she has found herself going back to KooKoo Bear Kids more often than the others. In fact she has been nothing short of 'blown away' with the level of expertise and service she has gotten from your staff.

The clothes are cute, and clearly quality, but more than I typically spend on my little stain-masters' wardrobes. If I were going to buy a $20 t-shirt for a six month old, this is where I'd do it. Guess that would also make it a great place to buy a baby gift, now that I think about it.

I came to this store because my girlfriend recommended them so highly. We needed some key items for our baby's nursery so I decided to check them out. I love that they have several pieces to look at and try out. Customer service was great. The sales woman went through every pro and con with what we liked. We felt like we were well informed on the products that they sell here.
