My Air Conditioner stopped working sometime during the night on Sunday night or Monday morning. I called and filed a claim with Choice Home Warranty ($40 a month), first thing Monday. The service technician did not arrive at my house until Tuesday around 2pm, and was paid $60 for the service call. Miguel Sosa, who happens to be the owner of Angel AC LLC (TACLA27028C) out of Fresno, TX come to look into the unit. He informed me that the Blower Motor and the Control Board were both out and needed to be replaced, and it was all due to poor maintenance of the AC unit, because the Coils were 100% clogged. In the report he sent to Choice Home Warranty, he “Found system 100% dirty”. When I asked him how much it would cost to repair if we paid his company to fix the issue out of pocket, he quoted $900. Choice Home Warranty denied our claim and refused to fix the AC because it had “not been maintained properly”. My husband arrived home from work, and told me that was not correct, he had just cleaned the Coils 3 months prior and the Coils had some dust on them, but you could still see thru them, they were NOT clogged. Our normal repair man was finally able to get back to us, (he is out of town building houses), but was able to face time with my husband, and they were able to fix the issue over the phone. The cause was a safety switch on the attic unit, when the panel is in place, the button is pushed and it allows the AC Unit to operate. When the panel is off, the switch is released and the AC Unit will not turn on, for safety reasons. The switch cost .98 cents from Wal-Mart to be replaced, and the AC Unit is working fine.

This people are the worst they were sent by my Home warranty co and came to my House on 11/10/16 and diagnosed the problem on my Bosch dishwasher as a control Board and a Water Bulb and said they had to order the part and would take 3 to 5 days witch I found locallybut any way on 11/14/16 I called them and they put the blame on the HW that they just got the approval and that was a lie as per the HW they got the authorization on 11/11/16 well as of 11/21 they have not showed up and don't answer the phone for me or the HW co in addition they told the HW co that they told me it would take two weeks also a lie the claim had to be reassigned to another co and now I again have to wait 13 days to fix a dishwased, I am also talking to my attorney for possible legal action

Overall

Had them come out one day and a/c central air broke again (not cooling) 2 weeks later. Called for warranty on first work request, but was scheduled three days later. Should have got priority due to same issue and due to very hot conditions (above 100 deg for many days).
