Incredible Edibles

This bakery is the worst starting with the owner, down to the stale cupcakes.The owner is very rude, she'll give you attitude. Also the cakes are not made from scratch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! KROGER CAKE MIX

I wish I would have read the reviews about this place too before I ordered my cake. I too was a little put off with by the unprofessional-ism. I too experienced a negative vibe when the owner was complaining about how there was a woman on the phone who wasn't sure what she wanted and how she really didn't need her order anyway. I was a little put off by that but decided to order my cake anyhow. When I picked it up I was sadly disappointed... It barely had any decoration and I had to end up going to a cake supply to fix it with more decoration. The cake broke at both edges before I even got it in the house and we were not able to fix it. I know it's just a cake but it was for a very special occasion and I usually don't leave negative feedback for businesses as I am a small business owner myself, but I felt it necessary. I would not recommend them :(

Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with this bakery. I just called to order cupcakes for a baby shower. My original plans for the cupcakes fell through so I decided to call here because the bakery was so highly recommended. The person I spoke with told me that she was up to her b utt in work and she couldn't believe that I would wait until a week before the shower to order cupcakes. I thanked her for her time and said I would contact another bakery. She then ended the call without another word. If they are too busy and I am too late, I can handle that, but no need to be rude. Whatever happened to professionalism and kindness.

What a great place! Cupcake choices are endless and they offer new flavors all the time. You will never get the same old here, they are always working on something new and it's always wonderful!

I walked in ready to order cakes and the service was SO bad and SO insulting, I walked out. I wouldn't take a free cake from that place. If they treat all customers the way I was treated they'll be out of business by the end of the year. Very sad, as I support small business.

Bought the pineapple upside down cake (the big one) OMG! That cake was wonderful, lady behind the counter said the even make doubles stacked on top of each other, who the heck ever heard of that? Sounds like twice the lovin from the oven!

Spectactular desserts here! I'm a single male and I let them do the baking for me, you can call them and order any custom baked good you want and they will do it, thats the way everything should be! Really great products.

Great place but book your cakes early as they are very much in demand! They do really great fondant work and make custom edible figurines, today they were making an edible Elvis for the top of some 89 year old ladies cake, too cool! Very reasonable prices even on the custom work! Bumpy Cupcakes are yummy!

Everything is from scratch here, they make all their own cookies, cupcakes in a bunch of flavors including their version of a bumpy cupcake with is over the top! Pine apple upsidedown cakes fly out of this place, I was there the other day and three customers in a row were buying them, all said they were buttery and delish! I will try one on my next stop in!

Yummy banana split pies, just right for one person! Really clean and well lit store, friendly staff who will make any dessert you want. Cakes are delightfully good with real buttercream. They also offer a jumbo Biscotti for $1 in 4 or 5 flavors, no one does that! Not to mention they are really awesome! This is the only place to shop for desserts!

They will sell you anything! Even icing that they make so you can ice your own cake, I saw a lady buy some yesterday! The people there are really nice and helpful! They sell chocolate cheaper than anywhere else around @$3 per #, Caramel is really cheap there as well! Great place, lot's of fun to go to.

My husband and kids love this place, I agree with the last review, bumpys are wonderful, they make their own buttercream, it is the best around. I really like the sugar free cookies (which you can't tell from the sugar ones), the sugar free cupcakes are awesome as well! The place is booked with cakes every weekend and if you saw the work the owner does, you would understand why! It doesn't matter want you want the cake to look like, she will make it for you! If you need a cake, order it as early as possible. People are standing in line to get cakes from here as they are the only bakery on the eastside who would make the IPOD cake I wanted for my son, you dream it, she will make it! Awesome place!

TRY THE BUMPY CUPCAKES! TO DIE FOR! Nice folks there, they gave my kids a free angry bird toy!

Whoever wrote the bad reviews must be off their rocker or not taken their meds that day. This place is awesome and their cakes and other treats blow the competition away. I have been in there many, many times and have gotten nothing but quality and delicious treats. The workers and owner are so helpful and pleasant and really take the time to get to know everyone that comes in their store but as usual it only takes one a-hole to complain to sour the mood. I am guessing that the complainers have complained about every cake they have ever bought whether good or bad. Next time why don't you bake your own cake and see how dirty your apron gets. When you walk in the store you are basically walking into the "kitchen", it is so nice being able to see everything made right in front of you.The store is very clean and bright and we always leave with a smile on our face. My favorites are the pineapple upside down cake and the bumpy cupcakes which are out of this world. My kids favorites are the chocolate peanut butter cookies. I would highly recommend this bake shop to anyone and everyone and for you sourpusses with the car cake that have nothing good to say shame on you, looks to me like a bunch of you got together and decided to gang up on this place, I am guessing even Martha Stewart couldn't make you happy.....you can see from all the pictures on her website that they do beautiful work.

These poor reviews couldn't be further from the truth! I spent $125.00 on a custom cake for my birthday (great price as others wanted 3 times as much to provide less), the owner couldn't have been more helpful in taking my order, she took my order, offered suggestions when I was stuck for ideas and provided me with a awesome cake (which was delish) and when I couldn't get there to pick it up, she offered to deliver it for free! The hall was 40 minutes away! The work was exceptional and she is the only one who offers this kind of service on the eastside! A large number of my friends have purchased cakes from Incredible Edibles and everyone has been more than pleased with the quality of the work and cake. It appears that the bad reviews were written about the same cake as they all were within the same week, it really too bad that you all decided to pile on someone who always takes her customers orders to heart and works hard to provide exceptional customer service! POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS...SHOP HERE, THE PEOPLE ARE NICE AND PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & PRODUCTS AT GREAT PRICES!

This place is awesome! Clean, bright and the people are very nice! It's a pleasure to do business there. As far as the lady who remarked about the burnt peanutbutter cookies....we request them dark like that and so do a number of other customers there. The cupcakes and cakes are too die for, alway moist and full of flavor! I know there was a poor review about them but those folks have to be misinformed, we live right around the corner and have visted two to three times a week since they opened, everything has been the best ever! To the lady who remarked about the aprons being dirty....yeah, with flour and sugar, their oven is right behind the sales counter...your either a moron or you have never baked anything? It's awesome that you can see the stuff going in and out of the oven right in front of you! It's a shame that some spoiled sport tried to rain on their parade but there are crazy people everywhere. The owner is as nice as can be and the customer service and products are tops!

We Loove Incredible Edibles!! The store is so bright and inviting. And the cupcakes are out of this world! I have never heard of some of the flavors they carry and they are so moist and delicious! My kids beg to come here. There is always some fun kid friendly flavor available. Our favorites are the Angry bird and hello kitty. But the Carmel stuffed chocolate will forever be my secret binge! I really love the giant biscottis too. And they are only a dollar. And seriously like the size of my forearm. Crazy good!!

Fondant was aweful, cake looked like a 10 year old made it, and it was so dry no wanted wanted to eat the cake. They are not professional cake decorators by no means. So upset that we chose them instead of our regular bakery, but we thought we would try to support our own community. Their peanut butter cookies were even burnt and for sale. If you need a cake, DO NOT GO HERE!

The cupcakes were amazing! They were moist and delicious! And I know cakes I am really picky about my sweets, I don't eat fondant because it's not good! So the others that had problems with fondant I'm sorry! The turtle cupcake was to die for, and she gave my son a cookie for free, her apron was a little messy, but she was baking! I'm sure no one stays squeaky clean when they ate baking! Besides its a new place give her a chance to get settled in! I will definitely be back!

Their fondant cakes look aweful, and the cakes taste very dry. As for their buttercream iced cakes, they have lots of ridges and holes in it. Workers do not dress very professional, wearing dirty clothes and such.



Cupcakes taste aweful, cookies were burnt, and tables to sit down at were dirty.



Not a place you want to order a cake from, we learned the hardway.
