American Medical Equipment

I came in and was looking for equipment for my father. They went out of their way to help me out. Showing me different things I never even thought of getting. They really care about their customers. I would recommend American Medical to every one.

I came to the office today and they were really helpful! I had a lot of questions and needed a few different things. They were helpful on equipment they weren't even able to give me. They told me information on the equipment and pointed me in the right direction when everyone else just flat out said no they didn't supply it and left it at that. The equipment that they were able to help me with they gave me right away. I was in and out fairly fast and they explained everything to me in detail. The only downfall is that they are located on Gratiot so the only parking available is on Gratiot but due to the nice 1 on 1 customer service I got, I will always come back! Parking is not a problem when the people are so nice and willing to help! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

had a bad experience here today. no parking at all only two spaces on a main road.had to park down the road the building is old and run down very dirty inside and smelly inside like musty smell. service was at best substandard they don't seem to know there stuff

This is the best medical equipment place I have ever been to, and I've been to a lot! They are so extremely helpful and nice! They went above and beyond to help me get the equipment that I needed when other companies said they couldn't help me. I was so tired from driving all over town looking for what my doctor ordered. I'm so happy I found them! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to medical equipment.
