My 15 yr old water finally bit the dust. Came out to find a large puddle of water and cold water heater. Called Rooter Guys and the work was completed in less than 24 hours. Very professional, reliable, punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and even offered additional information I had not thought to ask. Arrived on time, kept in constant contact and did a beautiful job. Also left a very clean work area and removed all debris and old water heater. All this and at a very reasonable price to boot. Highly recommended

THE PROJECT: replace the old galvanized hot and cold water piping with new copper pipes AND renovate our small-sized main bathroom. After getting estimates for the plumbing work from larger companies, we decided to try a small independent plumber for a bid. Not only did he come in with the lowest bid, he also provded us with general information about the job that none of the other bidders had given us. From the beginning, Greg was honest, knowledgeable and courteous in all dealings. We were also able to get a great deal on the bathroom renovations from Greg's general contrator partner who also proved to be knowledgeable, courteous and honest. The project was started on March 16th and finished today, April 24th. All aspects of this entire project are completed with our total satisfaction in every way. It was like having family working around the house. Even the dog thought they belonged here.

After getting bids from larger companies and being shell shocked by the pricing, I contacted A Better Plumbing & Rooter Service and was very pleasantly surprised. I had been quoted 40-50% more for the same job (sewer line replacement)! Greg was professional, courteous and very knowledgable. He took the time to explain my problem to me and offered me choices in the solution, explaining each one so that I could understand. I have found that a lot of times companies make claims but then do not live up to their claims. Greg and A Better Plumbing & Rooter Service definitely lived up to their claims of better service at a better price. Finally, a plumbing company with integrity. A very welcome change.
