Service: They are cool. Friendly, coordial. As long as you service my car and make sure it works then I'm a happy camper.

Wait time: An oil change will take you about 30-40 mins. They have waitin' areas around the corner, if you want to walk 10 mins than you'll find a john’s pizza soon enough.

I've been coming to here since 2009. The service department will get you in and out and they will slap that great sticker on the top left hand corner of your windshield tellin' you when the next time your oil is due for service as well. I'm actually pretty happy with their service. The End.

My previous experiences with dealerships were always bad. I see them as unskilled con artists and I usually have to do my own research before buying, servicing, and repairing my cars. But, I recently moved to Roseville area and my boss recommended Future Ford for a new car. Great service, very honest, and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Throughout my ordeal, I went in knowing exactly what I wanted (after looking at their inventory on the website, great website btw) and knew exactly how much it would cost. I felt like I wasted a lot of time doing it because, surprisingly, the salesman did not try to B.S. me, I let him talk and everything that came out of mouth was exactly what I had researched. I value honesty and I will definitely come back

The Service Manager is extremely professional and has a very dedicated group of people working for him. each time I have needed service done at this dealership I am treated with the upmost respect and feel welcomed to ask anything about my vehicle or programs available on new cars.

This Dealer deserves a great r...

This Dealer deserves a great review from me. The best experience I’ve had with any sort of business since I moved to the area 6 months ago. Usually it would take me a few days to a few weeks to buy a car, but here it only took a few hours without a ton of stress. I knew the exact car I wanted and what I wanted to pay, this is the second dealer I visited. Midway ford told me that I was “off my rocker”. Future Ford got it done without demeaning or insulting me. Five Stars all the way!

A friend introduced Greg and future ford to my family and I, about 6 years ago. My parents were looking to find a small economical car that would fit our budget. Greg took his time to show us numerous options, and no matter how much we liked or disliked a car, he never tried to push us. he went from a used Escape to a New Fusion without complaining once. It took us a week to find an adequate vehicle. His knowledge of cars was extremely useful as well. Five Stars Future Ford!

As first time buyers, we had a really great experience working with Greg. We had a lot of questions about every step of the process, and Greg helped us through everything. We ended up purchasing a Fusion in our price range and well within our budget. Greg never showed us a car outside of our budget , and his knowledge of the vehicles really showed. Finding a trustworthy lifelong-car dealer is one of the best connections someone can have, and we've found ours.

When I first moved to the Rose...

When I first moved to the Roseville the first thing i wanted was a new Fusion after driving around trying to familiarize myself with the area I discovered Future Ford, the landscape looks nice and the service is friendly. One of the things i really liked about the place were the staff, every one of them had a ncie smile and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I have been interested in the Fusion for a while so when a salemen approached me I was ready to talk business, their prices are really reasonable compared to what I have seen back in my hometown and the people in finance are way nicer too

Straight forward and informative

I had a terrible experience last time i was here, but this was the only daealership that had the car I wanted for the price I could afford. I couldn't afford any extra features but the finance department let me know that there's a complimentery warranty from the actual factory, whicha fter being a customer for 15 years I never knew, so out of 6 dealerships I have bought a car from this was the only one that felt like mentioning the factory offered complimentery warranty. This is why I have to give them five stars because they cared more about my money than their profits. Thank you Future Ford of Roseville!

Knowledgable Salespeople and good pricing

I have been looking for a car for my daughter. We were looking for something pre-owned in good condition. I have been to 4 dealers before we went to Future Ford. The last dealership we went to before Future, the salesperson told us that the "used car factory was fresh out of what we were looking for" So I was already upset when we stepped on this lot. To my greatest surprise the salesman was very knowleble and super responsive. I was able to afford the New Focus with the incentives and super good financing. Best car buying experience I ever had. I will reccomend Future Ford to all of my friends and Family A+++++

Surprise Purchase

I was actually just browsing the Showroom while my dad had his 2008 Explorer in for service. I don't know how this happened, but I went home with a 2010 Fusion. We had an old Nissan truck and needed a car, but I never expected the new fusion to drive so nice. After the drive my salesperson told me that we drove a car that was in the newspaper as an add, I felt like I was getting a fair deal and now am a proud owner of a new Fusion. My salesperson and the finance manager were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process as he tried to move it along as smoothly as possible. I am a happy customer of Future Ford.

Yep!! I walked into the service dept and asked a question about a Bronco. Guy walked out on me and the girl next to him shrugged her shoulders....I've been treated worse, but this ranks right up there. Future Ford Sucks!!!

Superior Service

My sales person was EXCELLENT. He helped me find the 2010 Fusion with just the options i wanted. He went over multiple lease vs buy vs financing legth scenarios with me. He helped arrange aftermarket alarm/remote start system installation. He was extremely knowledgeable about the 2010 Fusion and setup Sync to work with my mobile phone. Not only will I try to sell the 2010 Fusion to anyone who will listen, but I will send them hereto make sure they get the car they want. Regarding the 2010 Fusion it was a HORRIBLE decision to put HUB CAPS on the SE version. The SE should easily be the highest volume model (above the base S, but below the SEL), why on earth would the highest volume target have hub caps? On a $23k car? Hub caps? Even the SE with the V6 engine has hub caps? But the base model S has real wheels? Unbelievable. Other than that I loved my 2006 Fusion, and so far I love this one even more.
