Bought my
Mom a knee brace after 30min of her trying different ones on. We were Encouraged to buy the more expensive one a little heavy , was told try it, took it back the next day after trying it for 30 min at home and WILL NOT TAKE IT TO RXCHANGE FOR SMALLER LIGHTER LESS EXPENSIVE ONE. I will not buy anything here, it was obvious they were looking for anything so they could refuse my item. It was no different from trying it on in the store. Not a good customer service place

We had to get mom a knee scooter and we came here. We got the help we needed and she got her scooter!
