Services/Products: Individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy services for adults and adolescents: I strive to work collaboratively with clients. My goals are to help individuals better understand themselves, their personal histories, their ways of relating to others, their expectations of the world, and the ways they can feel more fulfilled in life. For me, establishing a foundation of trust, safety, and support are at the core of accomplishing these goals. Please feel welcome to contact me for more information about my practice. I am comfortable working with a full range of presenting concerns: anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life adjustments, etc. I enjoy working with a full range of clients: age, gender, ethnicity/race, etc. I have expertise in men's issues, cancer survival, college student adjustment, and issues related to religion/spirituality.
