        Overall
        They cleaned my main sewer lin...

        Very Pricey !!!

        They cleaned my main sewer line in about 30 minutes and charged $358.00.

        That amounts to over $600 per hour.

        I would not call them again because I feel that I was overcharged for the work that they did.

        I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our prices. I wish you would have let us know at the office that you were unhappy with our price and we could have justified why the cost was what it was. Our prices are all flat rate and are the same no matter who the customer is. Although to you our price may seem high when we came out to your home we had to run a $8,000.00 sewer camera down the line to check the line after we ran a sewer machine down the line that is around $2000.00, we also had to pay our technician to come out to your home and help in the time of need, also our insurance, trucks, and our fuel. Putting all of this into consideration I believe our price is resonable, also if you get a chance check around with other companies our prices are usually competative with others. Again I am sorry that you feel you were over charged and I hope that we can come to an agreement and possibly do business with you in the future. Have a great day.

        Good company

        I have rental propertiy in the Richmond and SW Houston areas and I have used Howell for several years. They are polite and professional, show up on time, do the repairs for a reasonable price, and have qualified technicians. If there is a recall or reinspection they do this without hassle or arguement. I recommend them highly.
