The company s qualified staff of more than 70, which includes more than 10 licensed professional engineers and five licensed professional surveyors, is dedicated to creating quality site plans for customers projects. One of the largest site development and civil engineering firms in the Chicago area, SPACECO has helped develop nearly 10,000 acres of land in more than 125 municipalities and nearly 15 counties in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Michigan. Engineering services include feasibility study, site evaluation and due diligence, preliminary design, consultation and public presentation/hearings, final engineering design and construction plans and specifications, construction observation, expert witness, opinion of probable construction cost, and bid assistance and contractor negotiation. Surveying services include field surveying, construction layout and automated hydrographic surveying. SPACECO is headquartered in Rosemont, Ill.
