Ace came out and repaired my washing machine and dryer.They called 30 minuets ahead of time to let me know they were coming.Both units work great and it cost me a lot less than buying a new one

I would not rate this repair service at all. Very dissappointed. Technician didn't speak english well, couldn't explain what was wrong with my refridgerator and called someone for advice while looking at the fridge. THey were going to charge me $250.00 for something that wasn't even broken. I am awaiting a refund of $40.00 and they won't return my call, and only the answeing machine picks up. My service call was on 9-23-2008, and still no answer from these people. Very, very poor service.
