I come across Xoticars $795 down everyone rides. Trust me they never lied I on the other hand walked in with $900 and got approved and drove off the lot the same day. So happy and pleased with the people that work their.

They were helpful but not everyone is approved and the $795 down payment is not true. Our vehicle was taken back after a week of being approved.

XOTICARS TRASH CARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All these workers do here is LIE and LIE and LIE!!!!! They tell you, DONT WORRY, GIVE US A DAY, I PROMISE. The place is so unprofessional and disgusting. All you get from this is miscommunication And promises they dont keep. BEWARE. NIGHTMARE ON ELMS STREET!! If you want your Finances messed up or complete STRESS...this is the perfect place to go to. I cannot believe they have been in business for 2years....ya, SCAMMING CUSTOMERS!!!! I bought a car 2 months ago and they gave me 2 sets of 60 day tags!! It took me having to harass them to get my tags!!! for the car I bought was years worth of Driving added to the mileage because they drive the cars as their own so you have no idea what issues your car might really have. They gave us the car dirty too! they took my car to do inspection and gave me a loaner car with the gas light on...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. !!! I am resorting to a lawyer. They dont care about your life, your business, your finances...anything. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!! All the nice cars are a LIE!!! The owners SHAWN/SUNNY DJ/EYOB They say whatever they can so you wont do anything to them....AGAIN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I am about to write to the consumer affairs.. They also make you lie to the bank about your DOWN PAYMENT.. They will have you sitting there all day while they smoke nasty cigarettes and drink coffee. . 795$ DOWN IS A LIE ..

The bosses there DJ, and SEAN are very caring to the customers and their needs. They will work on finding you the best affordable monthly payments to the best of their ability. Very professional people. I have a car that I brought from them, and I will definitely purchase another one with the company. I see many negative reviews, which people are entitled to their opinions. However, we being the customers have to know what best works for us. Then, you can decide if you like what you hear or not. Yes it's true, every car dealership isn't for everyone. However, the manager's at XOTICARS has worked with me and suited my needs from day one. A cordial dialogue goes a long way. Get to know one another and once again know what you want and do not want from the jump.

HORRIBLE people! Their cars are GARBAGE and their only concern is getting your signature on the financing papers. If your vehicle is inoperable, they will AVOID you until the day AFTER your warranty expires. Then they will tell you that you purchased the car 'As-Is' and that their is nothing that they can do for you! They are liars and they don't make any repairs promised. They prey on individuals who need help because of past credit issues and even have the nerve to mention THAT to you, when you express your frustration to them!



I initially thought I would have a good experience, because of the speed in service. But overall I would NOT recommend ANYONE to purchase a vehicle from these guys. Their finance companies were not aware of some of their internal practices, and until consumers start to lodge complaints, and make others aware of what they are doing, they will continue to sell poor quality cars. I have been blogging about them and have found out that the Capital Heights location has similar customer problems. As frustrated as I am with MY experience, at least I know that there are others whom have experienced the same or worse (not that it makes me feel any better).



If you want a GOOD used car, DO NOT patronize Xotic Cars!!!! Go somewhere else, and allow your own mechanic to check out the car BEFORE you sign the papers. Don't let them rush you into something you WILL indeed regret later. As soon as they get you to lie to the finance company about your down payment (during the verification call), and get funded by their finance company, they will not answer your calls!!!
